In the US, Federal and State are looking at new privacy laws. They’d be well served to use the EU’s GDPR as a blueprint.  Imagine if you dare that the EU and the US had the same privacy laws. It would be sweet.  Numerous other countries, such as Canada, that are debating their own privacy laws would follow.  75% of the world’s economy would actually, for the first time ever, have ONE set of regulations to follow in at least one area.  For people and business this would wonderful.  For democracy and privacy, it would be awesome.  Here’s hoping and the full story.
